Open Services in the client area, choose the service and click Request Cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, or immediately if you ask for that. Download anything you want to keep before the service ends.
Refunds
Your first hosting payment is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable once submitted to the registry. Full details are in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
