All prices are in Australian dollars.
- Invoices are emailed 14 days before the due date, with a reminder 7 days before it is due.
- Cards are charged by Stripe on the due date. Your full card number is stored by Stripe and never reaches our servers.
- A service that is still unpaid 5 days after the due date is suspended. It switches back on automatically as soon as the invoice is paid.
To update your card, open Billing → Payment Methods. All your invoices, receipts and payment history are under Billing → My Invoices.
