Register a .com.au domain: what you need Print

  • 0

A .com.au domain is for Australian businesses and organisations. At checkout you enter these details:

  • Registrant name: the entity name exactly as it appears on ABN Lookup, for example Memovox Pty Ltd.
  • ABN or ACN: the number for that entity, digits only.
  • Registrant type: Company, Sole Trader, Partnership and so on.
  • Reason for eligibility: the domain is an exact match or abbreviation of your entity or trading name, or it has a close and substantial connection to your operations.

Registration normally completes within minutes. Keep your registrant details accurate, because the registry can suspend a domain whose details do not match.

Prices are shown live on the domain search page.
